Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dorée Beauty.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered when you purchase from our store.

  1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, order processing may take longer than usual. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.

  1. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping destination, carrier, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Most orders are delivered within 7–20 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout or in writing by Dorée Beauty.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any available free shipping offers, discounts, or promotions will be shown at checkout or on the relevant product or promotion page.

  1. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After your order has been processed and shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking information may take several days to update after the carrier receives the package.

If your tracking number is not updating immediately, this does not always mean the package is lost. Carrier tracking systems can take time to scan and update shipment movement.

  1. Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Dorée Beauty is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at doreebeautysupport@gmail.com. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed or processed.

  1. Failed Delivery and Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us or our shipping partner because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment where possible.

Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the issue was caused by an error on our part.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country or local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they are already included at checkout.

Dorée Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any customs, duties, taxes, or import charges applied to your order.

  1. Delays

We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but shipping delays may occur.

Delays may be caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, supply chain issues, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our control.

If we become aware that your order cannot be shipped within the stated or legally required timeframe, we will contact you with an update and handle the order in accordance with applicable law.

  1. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Dorée Beauty is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking your mailbox, delivery area, household members, neighbors, building reception, or local carrier office.

You may also need to contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim.

  1. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at doreebeautysupport@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.

We may request this information to investigate the issue and offer an appropriate solution where required.

  1. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at doreebeautysupport@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number, photos of the package and items received, and a short explanation of the issue.

If the mistake was caused by Dorée Beauty or our fulfillment process, we will work to correct the issue in accordance with our store policies and applicable law.

  1. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive at different times depending on availability, fulfillment location, and carrier handling.

If you receive only part of your order, please check your tracking information and allow time for the remaining items to arrive.

  1. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to change or cancel it, especially if it has already been processed or shipped.
