Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, personal preference, incorrect product selection, dislike of scent, texture, shade, formula, packaging, or results.

By placing an order, you agree that your purchase is final once the order has been submitted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Beauty products

  • Skincare products

  • Cosmetics

  • Personal care products

  • Opened, used, tested, or unsealed items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Bundles and promotional items

Items sent back to us without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To review your claim, we may require:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the issue and applicable law.

We do not accept claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery, unless required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Issues

If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, missing delivery information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we are not responsible for refunding the order.

If the carrier marks an order as delivered, but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly first. We may assist where possible, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Approved Returns

In rare cases where a return is approved, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or required by law.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or card provider after we approve it.
